Help us improve service

We are making improvements to YRT’s automated phone system ('IVR') to:

  • Provide YRT travellers with one point of contact for an improved phone experience; and,
  • Enhance the self-serve options for each of the systems.

As a YRT traveller, you are invited to volunteer your time to provide feedback on your phone experience with YRT’s automated phone system. We are collecting feedback in a variety of ways over the next few months: an online/phone survey, independent tests, virtual focus group meetings and online usability tests.
