Mobility Plus is York Region's door-to-door, shared ride, accessible public transit service for people with disabilities. If you are unable to use regular public transit due to a physical, cognitive, visual or sensory disability for all or part of your trip, Mobility Plus may be for you.

To use this service, you must meet specific eligibility criteria. Eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis and is not based on a particular disability, nor is it based on income level or lack of accessible public transit in an applicant's area.

PRESTO

All Mobility Plus vehicles are now fully equipped with PRESTO devices. Customers may pay their YRT/Viva fare with the convenience of a PRESTO card.

Attend a PRESTO session with us!
YRT/Viva and Mobility Plus will be holding in-person PRESTO information sessions at the YRT/Viva head office at 50 High Tech Rd. in Richmond Hill to help customers get started with using a PRESTO card. To attend an upcoming session, please call the Mobility Plus Contact Centre at 905-762-2112 (local) or 1-866-744-1119 (toll-free) to sign-up, and Mobility Plus will provide free transportation to and from the session.
