Help improve YRT’s automated phone system

If you use YRT’s phone system for travel on its local buses, Viva, Mobility On-Request, or Mobility On-Request Paratransit, we would like to get your feedback. The feedback we collect will help improve the phone system and YRT customer experience.

We are looking for volunteers to participate this summer in online/phone surveys, independent activities, virtual focus group meetings and online usability tests. It will take a few hours of your time, with some independent work and discussions scheduled on weeknights.
