How it works:

Customers will be picked up at a designated 'hub' in a YRT-marked accessible vehicle and can request to be picked up and dropped off at any of the five hubs listed below:

  • Blue Willow Terrace (133 Fieldstone Drive)
  • Chancellor Community Centre (350 Ansley Grove Road)
  • Fortinos (3940 Highway 7)
  • Walmart (101 Edgeley Boulevard)
  • Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (3150 Highway 7 West)
    • Travellers at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre will be picked up and dropped off at stop 7203 on Millway Avenue

Note: Bus stop signs will not be installed at the hubs. Travellers will be picked up at the entrance of the building. 

How do I book a ride?

To book a ride during MOR Blue Willow Community hours, call 1-844-667-5327 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with the best available trip plan.

Can I call in advance to request a ride?

MOR Blue Willow Community is an on-request service and trips will be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must call on the day they wish to travel.

How do I pay for my ride?

Regular YRT fares apply. The operator will be able to accept all YRT fare media including PRESTO, the YRT Pay app, tickets, passes and exact change. Transfers will be issued upon request.

Can I take my shopping cart on the vehicle?

Yes. At the time of booking, advise the Customer Service Representative that you will be travelling with a shopping cart.

Can I bring a friend with me?

Yes. At the time of booking, advise the Customer Service Representative that you will be travelling with a guest.

What if I finish earlier than my requested return ride time?

If you finish earlier, call 1-844-667-5327 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an earlier time if available.
