Starting May 3, 2021, travellers using Mobility On-Request Bristol will be able to book their trips on the Mobility On-Request App, available in the App Store or Google Play.

Mobility On-Request (MOR) Bristol allows direct travel between YRT stops within the service area.

This change to MOR for Route 44 will connect customers with other YRT routes. Customer Service Representatives are available to help with booking trips to provide the best available travel plans.

How it works:

A YRT-marked vehicle will drop you off at your requested stop within the service area. Connecting with other YRT routes may be required. Customer Service Representatives will assist with booking trips and providing the best available travel plans.

How do I book a ride?

To book a ride during operating hours, call 1-844-667-5327 at least 60 minutes in advance of your trip. Customer Service Representatives will assist with trip planning and provide you with the best available travel plans. You may have to wait up to 60 minutes to allow the vehicle to complete other trips. Service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I call in advance to request a ride?

MOR Bristol is an on-request service and rides must be booked at least 60 minutes in advance of your trip. Customers must call on the day they wish to travel.

How do I pay for my ride?

Regular YRT fares apply. The operator will be able to accept all YRT fare media including PRESTO, the YRT Pay app, tickets, passes and exact change. Transfers will be issued.
