How it works:

Customers will be picked up at a designated 'hub' in a YRT-marked accessible vehicle and can request to be picked up and dropped off at any of the six hubs listed below:

  • Mapleglen Residences (2185 Major Mackenzie Drive West)
  • Civic Centre Resources Library (2191 Major Mackenzie Drive West)
  • Maple Community Centre (10190 Keele Street)
  • Fortinos (2911 Major Mackenzie Drive West)
  • Walmart (3600 Major Mackenzie Drive West)
  • FreshCo (3737 Major Mackenzie Drive West)

Note: Bus stop signs will not be installed at the hubs. Travellers will be picked up at the entrance of the building. 

How do I book a ride?

To book a ride during MOR Mapleglen Community hours, call 1-844-667-5327 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with the best available trip plan.

Can I call in advance to request a ride?

MOR Mapleglen Community is an on-request service and trips will be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must call on the day they wish to travel.

Can I take my shopping cart on the vehicle?

Yes. At the time of booking, advise the Customer Service Representative that you will be travelling with a shopping cart.

Can I bring a friend with me?

Yes. At the time of booking, advise the Customer Service Representative that you will be travelling with a guest.

What if I finish earlier than my requested return ride time?

If you finish earlier, call 1-844-667-5327 and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with an earlier time if available.
