Mobility On-Request (MOR) North is an on-request service available in the Towns of East Gwillimbury and Georgina. The service connects customers to existing public transit and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

How it works:

A YRT accessible vehicle will pick you up and drop you off at the closest bus stop. The pick-up and drop-off locations must be within the predetermined service area for MOR North. Please refer to the MOR North map for areas serviced. All passengers must be ready for the scheduled pick up time. The vehicle will not wait for passengers at the requested stop past the scheduled time.

How do I book a ride?

To book a ride during operating hours, call 1-844-667-5327 at least 60 minutes in advance of your trip. Customer Service Representatives will assist with trip planning and provide you with the best available travel plans. You may have to wait up to 60 minutes to allow the vehicle to complete other trips. Service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I pay for my ride?

Regular YRT fares apply. The operator will be able to accept all YRT fare media including PRESTO, the YRT Pay app, tickets, passes and exact change. Transfers will be issued.
