How it works:

A YRT-marked vehicle will pick you up and drop you off at your requested location serviced by MOR Richmond Hill Local. Trips can be made between locations on the conventional route, provided the location is open to the public or is a private residence.

How do I book a ride?

To book a ride during operating hours, call 1-844-667-5327 at least 60 minutes in advance of your trip. Customer Service Representatives will assist with trip planning and provide you with the best available travel plans. You may have to wait up to 60 minutes to allow the vehicle to complete other trips. Service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I call in advance to request a ride?

MOR Richmond Hill Local is an on-request service and rides must be booked at least 60 minutes in advance of your trip. Customers must call on the day they wish to travel.

How do I pay for my ride?

Regular YRT fares apply. The operator will be able to accept all YRT fare media including PRESTO, the YRT Pay app and tickets. Cash is not accepted at this time. Transfers will be issued.
