How to report a crime, safety/security concern or fare machine issue

System safety and security is everyone's responsibility - see something, say something. Concerns can be reported to all on-street support staff (inspectors, enforcement, customer service representatives) including bus operators.
Transit Enforcement and Security may be reached 24-7. During business hours, report issues relating to crime, safety or security by calling the YRT/Viva Contact Centre at 1-866-MOVE-YRT (668-3978). Select option "4" to speak with a Customer Service Representative, who will report your concern to Transit Enforcement. YRT/Viva Contact Centre hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends/holidays. After business hours, call 1-866-MOVE-YRT (668-3978) and select option "6".
