Schedule and route changes will be made to adjust to changing customer demand.

Starting May 3, 2021, travellers using Mobility On-Request Bristol will be able to book their trips on the Mobility On-Request App, available in the App Store or Google Play.

How it works:

  • Book a ride with us during the service hours. You can book your trip up to two hours in advance.
  • YRT will give you a pick-up time.
  • A YRT-marked vehicle will pick you up at your stop and take you to your requested stop or fixed route to complete your journey where applicable.

Note: Trips within 500 metres of the destination will not be eligible.


Two ways to book a ride:

  • Use the Mobility On-Request App, available in the App Store or Google Play
  • Call 1-844-667-5327 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you

Note: Ride times may update to accommodate other riders. Please check the Mobility On-Request App for the most up-to-date pick-up time. This feature is only available through the app. If bookings are made by phone, you will not be informed of any changes to your initial pick-up time.

Mobility On-Request Gorham-Eagle

Starting May 3, 2021, travellers using Mobility On-Request Gorham-Eagle will be able to book their trips on the Mobility On-Request App, available in the App Store or Google Play.

  • 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.*
  • 7 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.*


Saturdays:

  • 7 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.*


Sundays/holidays:

  • 11 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.*

Service Adjustments:

Beginning May 3, 2021, Mobility On-Request Newmarket Local will connect you to one of eight select locations in Newmarket from any address in the service area. Download the Mobility On-Request App, available in the App Store or Google Play.


Weekdays:

  • 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.*

How it works:

  • Book a ride with us during the service hours. You can book your trip up to two hours in advance.
  • YRT will give you a pick-up time.
  • A YRT-marked vehicle will pick you up and take you directly to your selected location. Rides may be shared with other travellers.

Note: Trips must be from an address to one of the eight select stops or vice versa. Trips within 500 metres of the destination will not be eligible.


Travellers can be picked up at a curbed-address and dropped off at one of the following locations or vice versa:

  • 15 Main Street
  • 925 Davis Drive
  • 540 Timothy Street (stop #5300)
  • 468-474 Eagle Street
  • 194-200 Eagle Street
  • 349-351 Crowder Boulevard
  • 20-40 William Roe Boulevard
  • Tom Taylor Place

Service Adjustments:

To assist with seniors 65 years or older taking regular public transit during the COVID-19 pandemic, MOR 65+ service will be extended to December 31, 2021.

Route 22 - King City / Route 433 - Cardinal Carter School Special via Kingshill

Route 22:

  • The 7:23 a.m. northbound school trip from Maple GO Station and the 11:05 a.m. southbound school trip from Cardinal Carter Catholic High School will be replaced by a new Route 433 – Cardinal Carter School Special via Kingshill


Route 433:

  • The morning trip will arrive at Cardinal Carter Catholic High School at 8:05 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the morning bell
  • The midday trip departs from Cardinal Carter at 11:05 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the dismissal bell
Route 32 - Aurora South/ Route 434 - Cardinal Carter School Special via Wellington
Route 32:
  • The 7:44 a.m. southbound school trip from Bayview Avenue/Stone Road and the 11:05 a.m. northbound school trip from Cardinal Carter Catholic High School will be replaced by a new Route 434 – Cardinal Carter School Special via Wellington


Route 434:

  • The morning trip will arrive at Cardinal Carter Catholic High School at 8:05 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the morning bell
  • The midday trip departs from Cardinal Carter Catholic High School at 11:05 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the dismissal bell
Route 54 - Bayview/ Route 435 - St. Maximillian Kolbe School Special via Bayview

Route 54:

  • The 7:45 a.m. southbound school trip from East Gwillimbury GO Station and the 11:01 a.m. northbound school trip from Wellington Street/Victoria Street will be replaced by a new Route 435 – St. Maximilian Kolbe School Special via Bayview


Route 435:

  • The morning trip will arrive at St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic High School at 8:05 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the morning bell
  • The midday trip departs from St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic High School at 11:05 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the dismissal bell
Route 21 - Vellore Local / Route 467 - Tommy Douglas School Special via St. Jean de Brebeuf

Route 21:

  • The 10:50 a.m. school trip from Vaughan Mills Terminal will be replaced by a new Route 467 – Tommy Douglas School Special via St. Jean de Brebeuf


Route 467:

  • The midday trip will depart from Tommy Douglas Secondary School at 10:50 a.m., providing a 10-minute connection with the dismissal bell
  • The same trip will depart St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic High School at 11:08 a.m., providing an 18-minute connection with the dismissal bell
Route 13 - Islington / Route 468 - Emily Carr School Special via Kleinburg

Route 13:

  • The 7:41 a.m. southbound school trip from the Islington Avenue/Highway 27 and the 10:28 a.m. northbound school trip from Steeles Avenue/Islington Avenue bus loop will be replaced by a new Route 468 – Emily Carr School Special via Kleinburg


Route 468:

  • The morning trip will arrive at Emily Carr Secondary School at 7:50 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the morning bell
  • The midday trip will depart at 10:45 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the dismissal bell
Route 12 - Pine Valley / Route 469 - Father Bressani School Special

Route 12:

  • The 11:16 a.m. northbound school trip from the Steeles Avenue/Islington Avenue bus loop will be replaced by a new Route 469 – Father Bressani School Special


Route 469:

  • The new school trip will depart from Father Bressani Catholic High School at 11:27 a.m., providing a 15-minute connection with the dismissal bell
  • The trip will also provide a 5-minute connection with the northbound Route 165F – Weston trip at Weston Road/Langstaff Road; Route 469 will arrive at stop 4283 at 11:35 a.m. and Route 165F will depart from stop 3746 at 11:40 a.m.
Route 23 - Thornhill Woods / Route 470 - Westmount Collegiate School Special via Thornhill Woods

Route 23:

  • The 11:09 a.m. northbound school trip from Promenade Terminal will be replaced by a new Route 470 – Westmount Collegiate School Special via Thornhill Woods


Route 470:

  • The midday trip will depart from Westmount Collegiate Institute at 11:20 a.m., providing a 10-minute connection with the dismissal bell
  • The same trip will depart Thornhill Woods/Autumn Hill at 11:32 a.m., providing a 37-minute connection with the dismissal bell at Stephen Lewis Secondary School

Viva pink (temporarily suspended)

Viva pink is temporarily suspended.

Alternative options: Viva blue, Viva purple, Route 1 – Highway 7 and Route 99 – Yonge.

Viva green (temporarily suspended)

Viva green is temporarily suspended.

Alternative options: Viva purple, Route 24 – Woodbine, Route 90 – Leslie and TTC Route 68B – Warden.

10 - Woodbridge (temporarily suspended)

Route 10 is temporarily suspended.

Alternative option: See Mobility On-Request Woodbridge for service information.

Alternative options prior to 8 a.m.: Viva orange, Routes 7 – Martin Grove, 13 – Islington, 12 – Pine Valley and 165/165F – Weston.

13 - Islington (revised service - high school connections available)

Limited service to Kleinburg is temporarily suspended, with the exception of two trips connecting to Emily Carr Secondary School.

21 - Vellore Local (temporarily suspended - high school connections only)

Route 21 is temporarily suspended. However, some trip connections to St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic High School and Tommy Douglas Secondary School are available.

Alternative option: See Mobility On-Request Vellore Local for service information.

22 - King City (temporarily suspended - high school connections only)
Route 22 is temporarily suspended. However, some trip connections to Cardinal Carter Catholic High Schoolare available.

Alternative option: Route 96 - Keele-Yonge.

31 - Aurora North (temporarily suspended)

Route 31 is temporarily suspended.

42 - Berczy (temporarily suspended)

Route 42 is temporarily suspended.

Alternative options: Routes 1 – Highway 7, 8 – Kennedy, 16 – 16th Avenue, 25 - Major Mackenzie, TTC Route 129A – McCowan and Viva purple.

45 - Mingay (temporarily suspended)

Route 45 is temporarily suspended.

51 - Keswick Local (temporarily suspended)
