Viva
Viva is YRT's rapid transit service, the first of its kind in the GTA. Viva operates by frequency, which means it doesn't' have a schedule. Trips are frequent and flexible, making it easy for you to get to your destination at any time.
Local
YRT local services are all conventional routes servicing local communities in all York Region municipalities, and also include school services, GO Shuttles and community buses.
School
YRT services many York Region high schools and post-secondary schools , including Seneca College and York University .Our schedules provide frequent travel to/from schools during peak times that students will need to travel , such as during morning and afternoon rush-hours.
GO Connections
YRT GO Connection and Shuttle services are designed to make GO Train connections easy.
They arrive at the GO Train station early to meet your scheduled GO Train departure. Go Shuttles leaving from GO Train stations will wait for your train to come in, even if it arrives late - so you'll never miss your connection.
Express
YRT Express service lets you travel in style with fast service in comfortable buses that operate during rush hours.
Mobility On-Request
Request transit when and where you need it, no application process required. You can travel directly from your home to a bus stop or select location in the service area.
Mobility On-Request Paratransit
York Region's door-to-door, shared ride, accessible public transit service for people with disabilities, formerly known as Mobility Plus.
