Paratransit Customers:

The Mobility On-Request Paratransit Contact Centre is closed on weekends and statutory holidays (including Easter Monday). 

If you require a trip on the weekend or Tuesday, please ensure you call us before 7 p.m.on  Thursday, April 2, 2026. The Traveller’s Hotline will be available to customers who are travelling and for cancellations.
