Using Live Chat
To start a chat with a Mobility On-Request Paratransit Customer Service Representative, click on the purple Live Chat icon at the bottom right of your screen on any Mobility On-Request Paratransit Service related webpage.
To start a chat with York Region Transit (YRT), click on the blue Live Chat icon at the bottom right of your screen on all other webpages on this website.
