Annual Transit Plan

Thank you for your feedback on the proposed changes for 2026. Your input will help shape the 2026 Annual Transit Plan.
As part of the annual transit plan process, YRT shares the proposed changes for the following year and asks for input on those changes. The feedback is compiled and used to help inform future decisions.

The commenting period for the 2026 Annual Transit Plan ended on June 1, 2025. Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback. If you have general transit feedback or concerns, you can submit a Transit Feedback Form at any time.


Feedback on the proposed transit changes for 2026 was collected in May using our interactive map.

New proposed network maps have been created as part of the 2026-2030 Business Plan.
2025 Transit Initiatives
The 2025 Transit Initiatives identify 35 route and service changes. Some identified changes have already been made due to ridership increases and the need for additional service before 2025.
The implementation of any transit initiative is dependent on ridership levels and shifting travel patterns. The 2025 Transit Initiatives manages shifting ridership distribution by improving frequency along key corridors, introducing new services and expanding service coverage through On-Request services.
This document was developed with input collected through extensive partner consultation, customer feedback, route analysis and service reviews.
