Paratransit customers:

The Mobility On-Request Paratransit Contact Centre is closed on weekends and statutory holidays (including Canada Day, July 1, 2026). If you require a paratransit trip for July 1 or 2, please ensure you call us before 7 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026. The Traveller's Hotline will be available to customers who are travelling and for cancellations.
