Paratransit customers:

The Mobility On-Request Paratransit Contact Centre is closed on weekends and statutory holidays (including Canada Day, July 1, 2025). If you require a paratransit or 65+ trip from June 28 to July  2, please ensure you call us before 4 p.m. on Friday, June 27. The Traveller's Hotline will be available to customers who are travelling and for cancellations.
