Paratransit customers:

The Mobility On-Request Paratransit Contact Centre is closed on weekends and statutory holidays (including Victoria Day). If you require a trip on the weekend, Monday or Tuesday, please ensure you call us before 4 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025. The Traveller’s Hotline will be available to customers who are travelling and for cancellations.
