Starting November 3, our Live Chat tool (in the bottom right corner) will include a new feature for Mobility On-Request Paratransit riders!

Before starting a chat, you’ll be able to choose the topic you need help with from a menu of preselected options. You will also be able to chat with a Trip Reservationist to book your ride.

This update will make it easier to find answers—even outside of Live Chat hours.

You can still chat with a Customer Service Representative during regular Contact Centre hours. We’re here to help!
