Paratransit customers:

The Mobility On-Request Paratransit Contact Centre will be closed on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. If you require a trip on Thursday, October 1, please ensure you call us the Tuesday prior. The after-hours line will be available to customers who are travelling and for cancellations.
