Fall 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Beginning September 28, 2026, you may be approached by one of our Experience Advisors on board a YRT bus or called if you are a YRT On-Request or Mobility On-Request Paratransit customer, asking you to take part in YRT’s Customer Satisfaction Survey. You can now add your PRESTO card to Apple Wallet

With PRESTO in Apple Wallet, you can tap to ride using your iPhone or Apple Watch!

Metrolinx is making it more convenient to choose transit by offering customers another way to pay their fare by tapping a digital version of the PRESTO card in Apple Wallet, on an iPhone or Apple Watch.

PRESTO Services at Finch Gateway Newstands Ends October 24, 2026

Effective Saturday, October 24, 2026, Gateway Newstands inside Finch GO Bus Terminal will no longer offer PRESTO services (buy, reload and set fare types).

PRESTO cards can be purchased and loaded at:

• PRESTO self-serve reload machine between platforms 2 and 3 at Finch GO Bus Terminal
• Shoppers Drug Mart at 5576 Yonge Street (southwest corner of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue West). Visit the PRESTO website for a full list of locations

Rapidway Station Heaters Temporarily Out of Service

Effective Immediately, heaters at rapidway vivastations have been shut down due to a safety concern found with the equipment.

To ensure customer safety, heaters have been turned off at all affected rapidway vivastations until further notice. YRT and Metrolinx are working together to find replacement options and restore the heaters as quickly as possible.

Exception: Heaters remain available at the Highway 7 and Leslie Street vivastations.
